Your Folia Body mitts are lovingly dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Australia. We partner with trusted international carriers – DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, or Australia Post – depending on your location, with Royal Mail handling final delivery to your door.
Quick Processing: Orders are processed every business day (Monday to Friday, Australian time). Due to time differences, orders placed in the UK are typically processed the next Australian business day – but don't worry, we work around the clock to get your mitts on their way!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our Australian warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation. You can track your package through our carrier's website until it reaches Royal Mail for final delivery. Royal Mail will then provide local tracking updates.
What if I'm not home?
No worries! Royal Mail will attempt to leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour (if you've given permission). Otherwise, they'll leave a card for collection at your local delivery office.
